Lime Spritzer Cocktail

Ingredients:

• • Lime, sliced
• • Pomegranate seeds
• • 5 ml Lime juice
• • 60 ml Pomegranate juice
• • 5 ml Light rum
• • Sparkling water
• • Ice

Method:

• • Prepare the sparkling water: Fizz 1 bottle of cold water.
• • In a glass add lime slices and pomegranate juice. Muddle well and add ice.
• • Add lime juice, pomegranate juice and light rum.
• • Top up with sparkling water. Serve and enjoy!
